As Knowcross’ People Engagement Officer, you will be responsible to attract the best talent and build a high performance culture. You will
- Work with leadership to make Knowcross a top employer
- Coordinate hiring activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Be the first point of contact for candidates and sell the Knowcross story to them
- Own all activities related to people engagement, training & development, compensation & benefits etc.
- Set up the processes to achieve company’s HR management goals
